Performance Measuring
RealCom provides full support for our telecommunications professionals and monitors performance on a continual basis to ensure we are providing the highest levels of service. A RealCom representative will contact the hiring manager after the first day, and throughout the duration of the assignment. This regular communication between the client manager and RealCom promotes resolution of issues and allows us to recognize and re-hire our best performers.
RealCom also administers performance management reviews biannually for all employees. This is an opportunity to solicit performance feedback from each client manager.We provide a user friendly on-line survey that is easy to complete. The feedback is shared with the contract employee as constructive feedback to enforce quality performance.
Managing Co-Employment

We have a dedicated Human Resources staff and knowledgeable management team to assist with any client/contract employee questions regarding the working relationship. Among the steps taken by RealCom to reduce co-employment risks are:
- Providing checks and balances and managing the entire working relationship with contract employees including sourcing, recruiting, compensation, raises, benefits, and labor compliance.
- Proactively communicating to the contract employee during the term of the assignment to foster an open employee/employer relationship.
- Offering a staff of Business Development professionals assigned to your client manager who will assess staffing needs and identify the best placement opportunities that meet business demands.
- Providing a Human Resources team to promptly handle employment related issues between the client and the contract employees.
- Hiring a Program Manager to provide onsite supervision of the contingent workforce as needed based on staffing volume.
Contract or Direct Hire Options
Most of our clients find the benefits of hiring contract employees outweigh the advantages of hiring full-time employees. Many find that contract employees best satisfy fluctuating needs and incur no human resource costs or payroll and benefit expenses. There are, however, times when a customer may need to hire a full-time employee. We can simply fill the position, or the customer can have the best of both scenarios, by previewing a prospective individual as a contract employee before deciding to hire direct.

RealCom is so confident that our placements will meet and exceed our clients' expectations, that we offer an unconditional guarantee of our client's satisfaction. If at any time within the first thirty days of an assignment, a client is not 100% satisfied with the professional assigned, just notify us, no justification necessary, and we will cancel the bill and make every attempt to replace the professional within two (2) weeks of notice. Since we understand that replacing people can be a productivity burden, we will also give an additional two (2) week credit on the next billing statement once we find the replacement — just to compensate for any hassle.
