RealCom Associates, LLC, a full service System Development firm that provides services to telecommunication carriers, tower companies, utilities, and governmental entities, as well as other growing and innovative companies has announced the recent hiring of Chris Zerbo, General Manager – Staffing.

Chris will manage RealCom’s Outsourced Placement staffing division for telecommunication industry positions to include client placement opportunities, project services, and RealCom support positions for multi-state opportunities. He will be responsible for all local and national outsourced staffing plans. “We are very excited about the newest member of the team. Chris brings over 13 years of experience in the staffing industry which will enable him to lead this fast growing division of RealCom” stated Rod Hanson, Founder and CEO.

Before joining RealCom Associates, Chris was the Market Manager for a specialty staffing firm with $5M in local annual revenue, overseeing staff of 147 contract employees across 25 different sites. He managed temporary and professional search divisions in two lines of business and was responsible for business development and operations management including recruiting, hiring and training all internal branch staff members.
