RealCom Associates reaches 100 employees

SEATTLE -- RealCom Associates, LLC (RealCom), announces it’s hired its 100th employee this month.
RealCom was founded in March of 2000 and at the time only had a handful of employees and one client (AT&T Wireless). Over the course of the last 9 + years RealCom has manifested into a leading wireless system development and staffing services organization supporting not only many other wireless carriers but tower owners and national vendors.
In order to sustain its growth both in its service line offering and geographic footprint, RealCom has focused on hiring some of the best people in the wireless industry. RealCom has seen consistent growth since their inception. In 2001 they consisted of 5 team members, in 2007 50 and this year 100 employees.

RealCom’s other successes this year included the addition of three new offices, including Southern and Northern, California as well as in Post Falls, Idaho. They appointed a new Regional Operations Manager, Bob Gundermann, for their CA market, received a perfect 4.0 on Ericsson’s 2009 vendor assessment and revamped and launched a new website.
