SEATTLE -- RealCom Associates, LLC (RealCom), was named both Favorite Eastside Company and Most Family Friendly Company to work for in the small company category by NW Jobs.

Every year for the past four years, NW Jobs has partnered up with the public to determine the best of the best as it relates to the people’s top choice in Northwest employers (small and large). On-line voters had four weeks (9/14-10/11)to submit their vote for their favorite employer in 25 various categories (Favorite Eastside Company, Most Family Friendly Company, Most Pet-Friendly Company and Favorite Start-up Company to name a few). Businesses that were nominated had to have at least one paid employee other than the owner to qualify and all votes were cast by real individuals which were censured by providing a special on-line code.

The qualifications for the two awards RealCom won were as based on:

• Favorite Eastside Company (small company): Employer with fewer than 250 employees. • Most Family Friendly Company (small company): Employer with fewer than 250 employees that gives notable consideration to the needs of working parents, such as flexible schedules, affordable day care, parental leave, etc.

In addition to RealCom’s aforementioned awards, RealCom was also named 100 Best Company to work for by Seattle Business Monthly in July of this year.
