Project Manager
Oversee the successful completion of an assigned wireless site development project which may include one or more of the following disciplines: site acquisition, leasing, zoning, construction, technical services, RF engineering. This includes accurately projecting milestones, meeting and exceeding deliverable due dates, ensuring quality and project profitability meets required levels, and maintaining a positive, supportive atmosphere for the project team members.
Site Acquisition/Zoning Manager
Clear understanding of the development process from site selection to building permit. Manage the leasing and zoning activities from all aspects of site assignment to construction hand-off.
Construction Project Manager
Manage the construction feasibility, pre-construction, construction, and post construction process including site layout, drawing review, bid process management, equipment ordering and coordination, contractor oversight, and project closeout for wireless telecommunication sites.
Site Acquisition Specialist
Responsible for the site selection, leasing activities, and landlord negotiations required for wireless sites in assigned search rings issued by the client.
Zoning Specialist
Responsible for timely zoning deliverables within the site development process to include researching land use codes and interacting with local jurisdictions as needed to obtain building permits.
Property Management Specialist
Coordinate and manage wireless sites between the landlord and carrier regarding lease compliance and operations and maintenance of leased property.
Collocation Specialist
Coordinate the incoming and/or outgoing collocation needs of wireless sites between carriers.
Paralegal (Real Estate / Contract Law)
Interpretation of real estate, property management and/or leasing laws, including drafting and reviewing contracts and amendments.
Leasing Associate
Lease administration includes abstraction of lease and amendment terms. Review leases and amendments for accuracy and compliance with title and zoning approvals. Work with departments for commencement upon contract terms.
Project Coordinator
Support a project team and coordinate the following types of site development projects: new builds/deployment, modifications, leasing, zoning, A&E, construction, collocation, and operations. Responsible for the maintenance and coordination of key documents, files, spreadsheets, and trackers as requested by Project Manager to maintain the efficient operation of wireless development projects.
