  • Rodman Hanson — Founder and Chief Executive Officer Rodman Hanson — Founder and Chief Executive Officer
    Rod is a veteran with over 17 years in the wireless telecommunications industry. He started his career with McCaw Communications in 1992 and has since worked for several carriers and consulting firms. In March of 2000, after leaving his position as a Real Estate Manager at AT&T, Rod formed RealCom Associates. Since then, the company has grown to over 100 employees and contractors, operating throughout the US. Rod has extensive experience in all aspects of wireless site development and provides the vision, strategy and direction for the company and oversees all aspects of the business.

  • Mike McRitchie — Director of Operations Mike McRitchie — Director of Operations
    Mike has overseen telecommunications site development and operations projects since 1995. Mike joined RealCom in 2002 and assumed the Director of Operations role in 2004.
    Mike's experience running and troubleshooting projects has helped RealCom grow from a small, Seattle-based, consulting company into a nationally-known full-service system development leader in the telecommunications industry.
    Mike ensures RealCom's clients receive the timely results they require by hiring local experts and creating a collaborative work environment, which helps RealCom build seamless client partnerships to ensure each project's success.

  • Jeanette Evans — Director of Business Development Jeanette Evans — Director of Business Development
    Jeanette has 13 years of wireless industry experience and has a wide range of expertise which includes: collocation, property management, site acquisition, land use, project management, HR, marketing and sales. Jeanette joined RealCom in 2002 and assumed the Director of Business Development role in 2006.
    Jeanette's primary responsibility at RealCom is business development, sales and marketing with an emphasis on fostering new business, negotiating contracts and maintaining outstanding client/customer relationships.

  • Kerry Hansen — Director of Human Resources Kerry Hansen — Director of Human Resources
    Kerry is a proven HR professional with over 15 years of Human Resources experience providing direction in the areas of interviewing, staffing and selection, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, policy review, and legal compliance. She successfully builds partnerships with assigned clients and employee groups to provide a wide range of HR services to include optimizing people resources, strategizing organizational needs, troubleshooting processes, and building a positive work environment.

  • Aaron Price — Controller Aaron Price — Controller
    Aaron Price, RealCom's Controller, has over 13 years of executive management experience in a wide array of industries, in addition to 7 years experience as an independent Accountant/Auditor and IT consultant. Aaron's career focus has been on continual process improvement, and on using technology to efficiently solve day-to-day business issues related to rapid company growth.

  • Tina Fields — Executive Assistant Tina Fields — Executive Assistant
    Tina joined RealCom in 2002 to provide project coordination and support to Management and Site Acquisition Specialists. She assumed the role of Executive Assistant in 2007 and currently supports RealCom's Executive Team including the CEO, Director of Operations, Director of Business Development, Controller and Director of Human Resources. Tina also acts as RealCom's infrastructure Manager to ensure that each of RealCom's office locations run smoothly with consistent procedures and systems.
